Who we are
These terms apply when you buy from Procastangling online. The seller is Procastangling, company number NI687432, VAT number GB 408932485, of 9b Station Rd, Armagh, BT61 7NP, Northern Ireland.
This UK storefront is procastangling.com. Prices are in pounds sterling. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom are not affected by these terms.
By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns & refund policy.
Orders
Weekday orders are picked and processed within 24 hours. Weekend orders are processed on Mondays. Same-day dispatch applies when you order before the cut-off shown on the site — currently Order before 3pm.
If there are any issues with your order we will contact you as soon as we can using the email address you provided at checkout.

We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent.
Prices and payment
Prices on this store are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The total payable, including delivery, is shown before you confirm the order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including card, PayPal, Klarna and other options we enable from time to time. Payment is taken when the order is placed, unless the chosen method says otherwise.
Checkout is protected with SSL encryption. Title in the goods stays with us until we receive payment in full.
Delivery
We do our best to keep delivery costs as low as we can. Current options and prices are always shown at checkout and on our Delivery page.
UK orders under the free-delivery threshold are charged the standard UK rate shown at checkout (historically £3.99). Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard postage. UK deliveries are fully tracked, typically 1–2 working days. UK and European parcels are sent with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD or Whistl.
If a parcel is not collected within 7 days it is returned to Procastangling and treated as a failed delivery. We will contact you about re-sending it; further carriage may be payable.
Because of courier limits, items longer than 1.2 m or rods over 8 ft are excluded from free postage and incur a postage charge of £10 (or the equivalent shown at checkout), with other charges applying by destination.
International postage is charged by weight and destination. The price is quoted at checkout for your country.
Click & Collect is free from our Armagh and Newry stores. We email you when the order is ready, usually within 2 hours.
Returns and refunds
Unwanted goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging with tags. Clothing that has been worn cannot be returned. Items can be refunded or exchanged.
Change-of-mind returns are at your own expense. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 5 calendar days — we resolve those without extra cost to you. All products carry at least a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, which does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift cards
Shop as usual, then at checkout enter the 12-digit code you received by email after buying the e-gift card.
You can also redeem the gift card onto the credit of your Procastangling account. Sign in, open Gift Card in the left-hand account menu, choose Redeem Gift Card and enter the 12-digit number from your email.
If the card is not accepted, check the number and try again. If it still fails, email sales@procastangling.co.uk or call (028) 37 524455, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Gift cards are not returnable once issued, except where the law says otherwise.
Liability
Procastangling will not be held liable for consequential loss or damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, extreme weather or supplier shortage.
Complaints and contact
Email sales@procastangling.co.uk with your name, order number and a description of the problem, or use our Contact Us form. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction, except that UK consumers may also bring a claim in their local UK court.
