Deliveries are fully tracked and typically arrive within 1–4 working days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order ships.

Frozen and perishable baits are dispatched early in the week on fast services so they never sit in a depot over a weekend. If your order contains perishables we may hold it until the next suitable dispatch day — we'll email you if so.

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick your store. We'll email you the moment it's ready — usually within 2 hours during opening hours.

Yes — bring the item and your order confirmation to either store and we'll sort the refund or exchange on the spot.
